Actor Kevin Spacey has urged for all Jeffrey Epstein-related documents to be made public, saying full transparency would help clear his name amid renewed scrutiny over past associations.
“Release the Epstein files. All of them,” Spacey said during a recent interview, adding that those with nothing to hide should welcome the truth. He admitted to having flown on Epstein’s private jet, often referred to as the “Lolita Express,”and to posing in a well-known photo with Ghislaine Maxwell inside Buckingham Palace.
Clinton and the Jet Allegation
Spacey went further, claiming that former President Bill Clinton was on board Epstein’s plane during a charity trip to Africa in the early 2000s — and that the circumstances raised concerns.
According to Spacey, Epstein’s presence on the trip, along with “young girls” who appeared to be around him, made the situation unsettling.
“I didn’t want to be around this guy because I felt he put the President at risk,” Spacey explained, recalling the South Africa trip. “There were these young girls and we were like, ‘Who is this guy?’”
Spacey insisted that he had no real relationship with Epstein or Maxwell, despite being photographed with them. He claimed his connection during the trip was with the Clinton Foundation team, not Epstein’s circle.
Distancing From Epstein
In the interview, Spacey sought to clarify past associations. He said that Maxwell was simply one of many people who sat next to him during the widely circulated Buckingham Palace photo and that he had never developed a friendship with either Epstein or her.
“He’s not my friend. I am not a confidant. I’ve never spent time with him,” Spacey stated, while also denying ever visiting Epstein’s private island.
Clinton’s Name in Epstein Records
Epstein’s ties to powerful figures continue to attract attention years after his death. According to reporting from The Wall Street Journal, Clinton’s name has surfaced multiple times in documents, including correspondence that showed the former president sent Epstein birthday greetings for his 50th birthday in 2003.
Calls for the release of all Epstein-related files have grown louder, with Spacey joining those arguing that only full disclosure can put an end to speculation surrounding who was connected to Epstein — and in what way.
