When most of us think about Robert De Niro, we don’t necessarily think about him being a family man. We think about many of the different movies that he has played in and how he has kept us entertained over the years.
In reality, however, Robert De Niro is a family man and he had a daughter at the age of 80 with his girlfriend, Tiffany Chen. It’s hard to believe that an entire year has already passed and now they are celebrating her first birthday.
Did Nero opened up and talked about how his family held a special occasion. He said: “She had a little cake, it was very nice, sweet.”
He also spoke about the joy that his daughter brought to him, explaining: “Well, she’s pure joy, there’s nothing about her, there’s no judgment, there’s no anything, she just is what she is and it’s just pure joy for god sakes.”
He has seven children, with his oldest adopted daughter being 51. He also has a son, Raffaella, who is 47 years old. Included are twin sons, Julian and Aaron, Elliott, Helen, and now the new baby girl.
Along with his seven children, he has four grandchildren. Unfortunately, one of his grandchildren died last year from a drug overdose.
Even though he is an older father at this time, he loves being a dad just as much as a young father. He said: “It’s always good and mysterious and you don’t know what the h**l is going to happen.”
