Moving on from a marriage is never simple, particularly if your spouse passed gone. Kelly Rizzo, the widow of Bob Saget, has been upfront about her sadness from the beginning.

After Saget’s untimely death, Kelly Rizzo started dating. On January 9, 2022, the Full House actor sadly passed away in his Orlando, Florida, hotel room at the Ritz-Carlton.
When he passed away, he was 65 years old. Subsequently, accidental head trauma was reported as the cause of death.
Even more than a year after Bob Saget’s passing, Rizzo had said in March of last year that she was still not thinking about dating. As she put it, she conducted a public “14.5 month grief check-in” on Instagram.
In response to a fan’s inquiry about whether she was dating again following her husband’s untimely death, she said, “Okay, this is it. Since the beginning, I have received this question hundreds and hundreds of times.”
She mentioned that she wasn’t dating someone new.
“No, I have not. I have not. I have not,” she said at the time. “I couldn’t even think about that. It was not even in my psyche to even cross that bridge and the thought of even anything serious anytime soon, I can’t even process. It’s just so complicated, so many emotions attached to that.”
She acknowledged that she wasn’t ready to date at the moment, but she did add that she would consider opening her home to someone in the future. “I will say, it does get a little bit lonely, so the thought of a coffee or a hike or something like that, I’d be open to,” she shared. “But yeah, there’s a lot of ins, a lot of outs, a lot of what have you,” the widow said.
Kelly Rizzo and her new partner Breckin Meyer appear to have finally made their public debut, suggesting that the time has finally arrived.
On Sunday, she attended the Jam for Janie GRAMMY Awards Viewing Party at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles and posed for pictures with her new partner. As they strolled down the red carpet, the couple walked hand in hand.
Breckin Meyer is recognisable if he appears that way! As an actor, he has starred in several high-profile roles, such as the live-action Garfield films and the film Clueless.

The 44-year-old Rizzo accessorised her body-hugging leopard-print dress with black leather boots that reached her high knees. Meyer, however, opted for a more laid-back style, dressing in grey khakis and a grey denim jacket layered over a grey t-shirt. Media sources have stated that the two of them are in a romantic relationship.
Before his passing in 2022, Bob Saget and Kelly Rizzo were wed for four years.
