Shocking New Details Emerge Regarding Illegal Alien Turned Democrat Hero

Posted on April 24, 2025 By Star No Comments on Shocking New Details Emerge Regarding Illegal Alien Turned Democrat Hero

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a suspected MS-13 member whose deportation has turned him into a rallying figure for Democrats, was previously stopped by highway patrol while driving a vehicle registered to a confessed human trafficker, according to a shocking new report from Just The News citing multiple Department of Homeland Security sources.

Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran national unlawfully in the U.S. and ridiculously labeled a “Maryland man” by left-wing Democrats and their bros in the mainstream media, was pulled over in Tennessee behind the wheel of an SUV owned by Jose Ramon Hernandez Reyes. The SUV owner, also in the country illegally, admitted to involvement in human smuggling operations along the U.S.-Mexico border in 2020.

In 2022, the Biden administration labeled Abrego Garcia a “suspect alien” potentially linked to “human smuggling/trafficking,” following a traffic stop that raised red flags for a Tennessee state trooper, according to internal DHS documents obtained by Just The News. Shortly after the incident, DHS recorded the stop in its system to monitor Abrego Garcia’s activities. The Salvadoran national was driving a black 2001 Chevrolet Suburban and claimed he was taking his passengers from Texas to Maryland for construction jobs. However, police rightly grew suspicious of the story after a search of the vehicle revealed no luggage or belongings consistent with such a trip.

During the stop, Abrego Garcia told officers that Reyes was his employer. According to Just The News, additional records show the SUV had already been flagged by the Homeland Security Investigations field office in Baltimore as connected to a person suspected of involvement in human trafficking or smuggling. “Vehicle is used by HSI Baltimore target in human smuggling/trafficking operation. Vehicle makes trips to southern border to pick up non-citizens,” a DHS memo reads.

The memo instructs law enforcement officers to contact the Baltimore HSI office if they encounter the vehicle. But needless to say, under President Autopen, Abrego Garcia (and tens of millions of others in the U.S. illegally) was allowed to stay. In 2020, Ramon Hernandez Reyes pleaded guilty to smuggling undocumented immigrants into the United States. According to DHS records, he was taken into custody after a traffic stop in Mississippi while transporting individuals from El Salvador, Mexico, and Honduras.

The Justice Department stated that three of the passengers—citizens of Mexico, El Salvador, and Honduras—had previously been deported and had illegally reentered the U.S. They were subsequently charged with unlawful reentry. Hernandez Reyes was ultimately sentenced to 18 months in prison after pleading guilty. As his sentence neared completion in March 2021, the Biden administration reinstated his deportation order.

Investigators later determined that Hernandez Reyes, along with his brother-in-law Modesto Alvarez, was involved in transporting undocumented immigrants from their base in Houston, Texas, to various destinations across the United States. But Democrats want us to believe that his cohort in crime, Abrego Garcia, is just an innocent ‘Maryland family man’ and not the human smuggling MS-13 gangbanger both the Biden and Trump administrations said that he is.
