Trump Absolves Biden, Says ‘Treasonous’ Staff ‘Thugs’ Destroyed Country

President Donald Trump stated Tuesday that his predecessor was not solely responsible for the country’s decline, but rather it was the staff around him who “knew he was cognitively impaired.”

In a post on Truth Social, Trump asserted that Biden was “not for open borders,” blaming his administration’s staff for policies that, in Trump’s words, placed the United States in “great danger.” He labeled their actions as “treason.”

“Joe Biden was not for Open Borders, he never talked about Open Borders, where criminals of all kinds, shapes, and sizes, can flow into our Country at will,” Trump wrote. “It wasn’t his idea to Open the Border, and almost destroy our Country, and cost us Hundreds of Billions of Dollars to get criminals out of our Country, and go through the process we are going through now. It was the people that knew he was cognitively impaired, and that took over the Autopen. They stole the Presidency of the United States, and put us in Great Danger.”

“This is TREASON at the Highest Level! They did it to destroy our Country. The Joe Biden that everybody knew would never allow drug dealers, gang members, and the mentally insane to come into our Country totally unchecked and unvetted. All anyone has to do is look up his record,” he continued. “Something very severe should happen to these Treasonous Thugs that wanted to destroy our Country, but couldn’t, because I came along. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

Axios’ Alex Thompson and CNN anchor Jake Tapper recently released a book detailing President Biden’s physical and mental decline during his time in the White House, sparking widespread public and media interest in what unfolded behind the scenes of his administration.

Drawing from more than 200 interviews with White House and Democratic Party officials, Tapper and Thompson reported that aides had at one point considered placing Biden in a wheelchair, and that he failed to recognize his longtime friend George Clooney at a fundraiser.

Just two days before the book’s release, Biden’s team announced that the former president had been diagnosed with an “aggressive” form of prostate cancer.

The serious diagnosis has since prompted questions from medical experts, media commentators, and President Trump about how such a condition could have gone undetected until now.

Medical professionals and cancer experts told the Daily Caller that Biden likely had prostate cancer while still in the White House, as the aggressive form he’s been diagnosed with typically takes five years or more to develop and metastasize to the bones.

“The other thing is, you have to say, why did it take so long when you — this takes a long time,” Trump said Monday in the Oval Office. “It can take years to get to this level of danger. So it’s a — look, it’s a very, very sad situation, and I feel very badly about it, and I think people should try and find out what happened.”

Biden’s last known prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test was in 2014, raising doubts about how far his disease has progressed and why it was not detected sooner.

“President Biden’s last known PSA was in 2014. Prior to Friday, President Biden had never been diagnosed with prostate cancer,” a Biden spokesperson told Fox News.

The PSA test is a blood test used primarily to detect prostate cancer. According to the Mayo Clinic, the test detects prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels in the blood. PSA is a protein generated by malignant and non-cancerous cells in the prostate, a tiny gland located under the bladder in males.

PSA is normally present in small quantities in the bloodstream.

“The PSA test can detect high levels of PSA that may indicate the presence of prostate cancer,” the clinic states on its website. “However, many other conditions, such as an enlarged or inflamed prostate, also can increase PSA levels. Therefore, determining what a high PSA score means can be complicated.”
