Democrat Judge Goes Rogue, Thinks She Can Tell Tom Homan What To Do

Posted on April 27, 2025 By Star No Comments on Democrat Judge Goes Rogue, Thinks She Can Tell Tom Homan What To Do

After federal immigration officials have arrested a pair of Democrat judges, one in New Mexico for allegedly harboring an illegal alien who’s a member of a designated terrorist organization, and one in Wisconsin for allegedly trying to aid an illegal alien accused of assault from being arrested, yet another Democratic judge feels like she can now go rogue against the Trump administration.

Monica Isham, a circuit judge in Sawyer County, Wisconsin (sense a patter?) claimed in an email sent to other state judges that she “has no intention of allowing anyone to be taken out of my courtroom by [Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents] and sent to a concentration camp,” according to a report from Wisconsin Right Now. The email was sent in response to the arrest of Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan, who allegedly assisted an illegal immigrant with an outstanding deportation order in escaping her courtroom when immigration agents arrived to detain him.

Sawyer County Circuit Court Judge Monica Isham

Dugan, who has served on the Milwaukee County bench for nearly a decade, is accused of obstruction of justice and of concealing Eduardo Flores-Ruiz from arrest after a pretrial hearing last week. She faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted on both counts. Isham, who in 2023 became the first Native American woman elected to the county circuit court, sounded more like an activist when she threatened to start “raising bail money” for defendants.

“Yesterday, Judge Hannah Dugan of Milwaukee County stood on her Oath in the very building she swore to uphold it and she was arrested and charged with felonies for it,” Isham wrote, according to the email obtained by Wisconsin Right Now. “Enough is enough. I no longer feel protected or respected as a Judge in this administration. If there is no guidance for us and no support for us, I will refuse to hold court in Branch 2 in Sawyer County. I will not put myself or my staff who may feel compelled to help me or my community in [harm’s] way.” She added: “If this cost me my job or it gets me arrested, then at least I know I did the right thing.”

No. The ‘right thing’ — especially for a judge — would be to appreciate the fact that the current administration is actually enforcing immigration laws, unlike the previous administration, which facilitated the illegal entry of millions of migrants into our country — several of whom ‘thanked’ us by murdering American citizens. This is what border czar Tom Homan has graciously agreed to come out of retirement and do: Clean up the Biden-Harris immigration mess. But obviously, when Democrats say ‘no one is above the law,’ they mean no one but them.

Once again, a Democrat judge is proving that they aren’t really officers of the court who are there to ensure that justice is served and the laws are upheld and enforced; they’re left-wing activists who use their positions to elevate their causes and further the political objectives of their party. We can’t see enough of them removed, frankly.
